How much does it cost to enter a series race?

Our entry fee for the car is $50 for each event. A larger payout race may require a larger entry fee. If this is the case it will be posted prior to that event.
The car entry fee is paid to S.M.A.R.T, and the pit entry fee is paid to the track upon entering. We expect most pit entrance fees to be around $25 per person, but these are established by the track, not us.
If you are entering the race and are running for series points there is a one time membership fee of $50. This can be paid at the track at time of registration.

I am not a member. Can I still run your series event?

Yes! You are welcome to run with us, but non members will not receive points for that event. If you choose to run for points, you can pay your membership before heat races to receive points for that event.

Our track rules are a little different from the series rules. Which ones do we race by?

All S.M.A.R.T series events are run under our rules. These are governed by our officials. The rules are broad to include the cars at various tracks, but are not always exactly the same. We have developed a set of rules that should keep everyone competitive with minimal to no changes from what you currently run.

I work on Fridays. What happens if I don't get to the race before qualifying?

We understand this. If qualifying has completed you may fall in to the tail end of a heat race. If heats are finished, you may tag the tail of the B-main or Feature depending on car counts. We want everyone to be able to attempt to race.

Some of your races are back to back shows. Are we allowed to camp overnight?

Most of the tracks we are going to allow camping in one form or another. Please contact each track to check on camping rules and regulations.

We travel with our children. Are they allowed to be with us in the pits?

That needs to be addressed with each track directly. Most insurance companies dictate the age limit in the pits. Therefore some tracks have different age policies.

What do we do if we don't have transponders or raceivers and they are required?

Each track that mandates transponders or raceceivers will have them available to rent for the night.

I run American Race Tires. Will they be available at tracks that don't run them?

Yes! We have partnered with PMZ group for all of our events. They will be our parts and tire suppliers for all events. They will have tires that are not sold by the track. If the track is selling a specific brand of tire, we require that those be purchased from them. I think you will find that the PMZ group will be able to meet most all of your needs.
